Most families have their first session within a few days of enrolment. After you register, our admin team reviews your application within one working day, assigns a teacher, builds a timetable, and activates your account. You receive a full welcome email with everything you need before the first session begins.
Do you teach students outside Nigeria?
Yes — we serve families globally. Our platform automatically detects and displays session times in your local time zone. International families pay in USD via Stripe, and Nigerian families pay in Naira via Paystack. Bank transfer is also accepted everywhere.
Can I choose which teacher my child is assigned to?
Teacher assignment is handled personally by our admin team to ensure the best possible match for your child's subject, level, curriculum, and time zone. If after the first few sessions the match doesn't feel right, contact us directly and we will review the assignment.
What happens if we need to cancel or pause?
Write to us at bluepipacademy@gmail.com and we will discuss the best options based on your plan. We handle each situation individually and aim to be fair. There is no automated cancellation — everything goes through our admin team.
I am a qualified teacher. How do I join Bluepip as a tutor?
Teachers are recruited by our admin team — there is no open self-registration portal. If you are interested in joining, please email bluepipacademy@gmail.com with the subject line "Teacher Application", including your subjects, qualifications, and availability. We will be in touch if there is a suitable opening.
